Yes and while they are designed to work on most AR mags including P-Mags, Hexmags and standard GI Mags, they will fit better on magazines that have a small lip at the bottom such as the P-Mag and Hexmag. *Will fit on all generations of P-Mag.

The Mag-Hold Standard is designed to fit at the bottom of the magazine to offer a durable place to get a grip on the mag, all while enabling it to be easily removed from a holster or magazine pouch. The Mag-Hold Large is designed to give a full 4 finger grip for those that may carry thier mags in other ways. Both have thier advantages and disadvantages. The grips are simply stretched over the bottom of the magazine. However, they are designed to fit tightly as to not fall off or move during use. So they can be a bit stiff to get on and off. You can wedge a butter knife or similar thin object in between the magazine and grip when installing to give some additional leverage. If you are having trouble installing, we reccomend rubbing them between your hands or heating gently with a blow dryer for 10-15 seconds to get them a bit more plyable, then stretching over the bottom of the magazine.

We expect many years of service life from them. They are made from a proprietary mixture of Rubber and TPR that will last for quite some time. The material is also extremely resistant to solvents, gun cleaners, lubricants, UV and color fading.

The standard size MagHold™ is meant to work with holsters, pouches or kydex sheaths that cover up to 65% of the magazine. The Large size MagHold™ is meant to provide maximum grip, but may not work with some magazine pouches or holsters.
